Refund Policy for Fine Art Photo Printing

At Fine Art Photo Printing, we strive to deliver high-quality custom posters printed from your uploaded files. As each order is personalized and made to your specifications, we have a limited refund policy to ensure fairness and clarity. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
No Refunds for Custom Orders: Due to the custom nature of our poster printing services, we do not offer refunds for orders once they have been processed, except in cases outlined below. By submitting your order, you acknowledge that the uploaded file, size, and specifications are your responsibility.

Defective or Damaged Products: If your poster arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed due to our error (e.g., printing mistakes, material defects), we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost. To qualify:
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery via email at [your contact email] or our customer service portal.

Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or defect.

We may request the return of the defective product for evaluation, and we will cover return shipping costs.

Replacements will be shipped within 2-3 business days of approval, or a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
Customer Errors: We are not responsible for issues arising from customer-uploaded files, including but not limited to:
Low-resolution images, pixelation, or poor image quality.

Incorrect file dimensions, aspect ratios, or white borders.

Spelling, design, or content errors in the uploaded file.
No refunds or reprints will be offered for such issues. We strongly recommend reviewing your file and using our preview tool before finalizing your order.
Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled with a full refund only if they have not yet entered the printing process. Please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at sales@fineartphotoprinting.co.uk. Once printing begins, cancellations are not possible due to the custom nature of the work.

Shipping Issues: If your order is lost in transit or not delivered within 10 business days, domestic or 45 for international, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, provide a replacement or refund. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer or carrier issues beyond our control.

Non-Refundable Scenarios: Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
Buyer’s remorse or changes of mind.

Orders where the customer approved the proof or layout (if applicable).

Issues resulting from improper handling or storage after delivery.

Minor variations in color or trimming, as these can occur due to differences in monitors, file settings, or cutting processes.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 2-5 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
