How do I place an order?
- Click on the “Upload your file Preview & place order” which is located on every page
- Select and upload your file
- Select your paper type
- Carry out the Checkout procedure & enter billing/shipping details
- Click Purchase and complete your order using our secure payment processor, Credit Card or Paypal
What file format should I upload?
We can accept the following file formats, JPG, PNG, PSD, TIFF & many other file formats
What dpi should my images be?
Ideally any bitmap image should be at least 150 dpi at 100% original size, 300 dpi or large is better
Which colour space should I use RGB or CMYK
We can accept RGB or CMYK files although RGB mode using either the sRGB or the Adobe RGB colour profile usually give better results due to the larger colour gamut
What payment methods do you accept?
Our payment methods are Credit Card or Paypal, this method is fast, safe and secure using https.
Turnaround / Shipping
What is the turnaround time?
Orders placed before 1pm on a week day will be sent out the same day with either standard delivery (1-3 working days) or with Fedex next working day delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
at the moment we only ship to the UK
How is my Fine Art Print delivered?
All prints are sent rolled in a tube. Tracking information can be provided upon request
General Questions
Whats your return / guarantee policy?
If your Fine Art Print is damaged in transit or goes missing then a full refund will be given, proof of damage (a digital picture) will be required
Is my private information protected?
All the information we gather is securely stored on our server. The information you provide will only be used to process your order. We will not share your information with any 3rd party!

What are your Terms & Conditions?
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

If you decide to cancel your order (by telephone or email) & your poster has not yet been printed then a full refund will be given the same day
If your poster is damaged in transit or goes missing then a full refund will be given, proof of damage (a digital picture) will be required
Any files uploaded for printing will only be used for the purpose of printing your poster order & will be deleted once your poster order is completed
By placing an order with www.fineartposterprinting.co.uk you agree to the fact that you have permission to reproduce in print files that have any form of copyright
